music from net to ipod

Last night on UK Radio 1 was a essential selection mix by Benga i really liked it but how can i get it?
Their player format is iplayer which uses real player.
Im not sure on what i need to do to save it to pc and then into MP3 format for ipod, do i just get real player and then save.
Any ideas let me know,
